Random wisdom

Yesterday we saw a movie -"The International". No comments about the movie.
But heard some nice dialogues in it.

"Sometimes the hardest thing in life is to know which bridge to cross and which to burn..."

"Sometimes a man can meet his destiny on the road he took to avoid it."

I have a habit of writing down quotes wherever I can pick them from.
From now on I will try and blog about them.
So now I will carry on with my lazy Sunday and continue denying the mess in the house.

Oh Didaz, you are such a sweet young woman. I love that you remember quotes. I appreciate that you liked what I said, about "being in another place and time" when I paint the masters, or rather "try" to paint them. It's good to remember them. This morning I went to "gloria's" blog and read her post and she said something too that I hope I remember....let's see..."ambrosia for my soul!!!" was her comment when she talked about the morning sunset that she photographed and put on her blog. I love that. That is how I feel when I paint or try to paint the masters, along with another place and time. Have a great Sunday and week ahead.

Hi dida I was here a few moments ago and my screen froze up so I don't think my comment posted. I did say that is good that you try to remember quotes. I remember one from this morning on a blog I visited that said, "ambrosia for the soul." Is that not beautiful. That's how she felt about this mornings sunrise. How great huh? Thanks for being such a great blogging friend. Have a great Sunday and the same with the week. Take care. ::hugs::

I love certain quotes too. One in particular that I like is "Take the gentle path"
Hope you are enjoying your week.

Dida, I really like your new blog look...I like the simple clean lines. That's how I had my blog before I made the latest change. I only did so because I wanted three columns. But I want it with a white background like yours!

I wish I could remember quotes, but I'm not good at it. The only one I can remember right now is one by Bob Hope: people who throw kisses are hopelessly lazy. he,he..
